Following the success of the 2016 Fair it is back this year on Saturday 8th July and we are striving to make it even better than before! Free parking and Free entry!
We will have a myriad of stalls along the High Street with the main arena outside the White Hart (which will be open for the whole event and which will also be hosting an evening entertainment event).
We are organising a full schedule of events which we hope will include the Yetminster Irish Dances, No Mean Feet, the Quayside Cloggies and a 15 piece Ukele band. The Jubilee Hall will be in use and will have cream teas and a display by a model boat club. We hope to link with events at the Gallery and the Ark, with the Sports & Social Club and we are discussing the possibility of a Scouts Mini Jamboree.
Abbey 104 have been asked to bring their Road Show and we will have the Yeovil Town Crier to keep us all in order after the traditional parade at 1.00pm led by the Wessex Highland Pipe Band.
Special guest Valerie Singleton will “officially” open the fair this year!
