The new film Season commences with a new Supplier and a new regular evening. We are now showing film on the fourth Tuesday of the month (but not in December).
On Tuesday 26th September 2023 the Village Hall Trustees present A Man Called Otto (certificate 15).
The screening starts at 7.30pm, with doors open from 7pm.
Based on the comical and moving New York Times bestseller, A Man Called Otto tells the story of Otto Anderson (Tom Hanks), a grumpy widower whose only joy comes from criticizing and judging his exasperated neighbours. When a lively young family moves in next door, he meets his match in quick-witted and very pregnant Marisol, leading to an unexpected friendship that will turn his world upside-down.

Tickets will be available for sale from Friday 1st September, exclusively from Wayne Pullen, Family Butcher of Milborne Port.
Ticket prices have been maintained again (£5.00 per person in advance, and £6.00 on the door). As usual, a limited wine and beer bar will be available, and continuing this season, we can accept payment for "on the Door" tickets (and bar items) by credit or debit card.
