Bringing the colours and textures of four classical guitars to life with a wonderfully inventive, eclectic mix of repertoire, Mela explore the art of a classical quartet to the highest level. Individually Mela's members have a wealth of concert experience, from performances on BBC Radio 3 and 4, to concerto performances in venues such as the Wigmore Hall, Kings Place and the Purcell Rooms. Formed after meeting at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and Royal Academy of Music, expect precision and intensity from this acclaimed quartet.
