The Sherborne Hotel is the ideal spot from which to discover the delights of North Dorset, Somerset and the surrounding area. Standing in its own grounds, this is a modern hotel set in one of the most beautiful towns in this part of the country. Much of the hotel is undergoing major improvements and redecoration and our guests are delighted with the new standards we have set so far.

Accommodation

The hotel features 59 en-suite guest rooms - all well-equipped and featuring tea and coffee-making facilities, a trouser press, hair dryer and remote control TV. This is a 'low-rise' building with guest rooms split between the ground and first floor. As there is no lift available, please tell us if you need a ground-floor room when you book.

Ambassador rooms are available as well as double rooms for sole occupancy - all at reasonable rates.

Entering the hotel, there is a reception area, a cosy lounge/bar and our non-smoking restaurant. Around the hotel are well-kept gardens and plenty of free car parking is available.

A hearty, full cooked English breakfast is served daily along with a Continental option or, for the more adventurous, fresh fish makes a regular appearance. In the evening, sit back and enjoy a taste sensation in our superb restaurant where you can let your waiter cater for your every need whilst you enjoy your 3-course evening meal followed by tea and coffee and perhaps capped off with a liqueur.
