We are also independent inventory agents and perform detailed inventories for landlords and letting agents. We have private landlords and national estate agents as clients that recognise the importance of such a service. It is vital an accurate report is prepared to avoid disputes over deposits.
In addition to providing full and detailed Inventories we also offer full maintenance and pre & post let/sale cleaning services.
This includes such items as the deep cleaning of carpets, cookers etc, and remedial repairs prior to letting/re-letting or indeed selling.
If the property is to be let for the first time we will carry out a free appraisal of work to be done to bring it up to a ‘lettable’ condition. It maybe fine of course but, together with your agent we can advise if any work does need to be done to maximise your rental income at least cost to yourself.
